It's that simple! Your ICs should feel like you're reading their check-ins often. Maybe not every day, but just often enough that they're not just posting into the gaping void. This can be emoji-reactions, short comments, or personal follow-ups over Slack. They're such a good way to connect with your team!

If nobody's acknowledging their check-ins, your ICs will inevitably stop checking in. 🤷
